I’ve lived at this apartment complex for a while, and I have to say the recent changes under the new leasing manager Diana have made a world of difference. Since taking over, the manager has been proactive, professional, and clearly invested in improving the community. The renovations have really transformed the property! From updated interiors and fresh paint to improved landscaping and better lighting, the changes are noticeable and appreciated. Common areas are cleaner, maintenance requests are handled much faster, and there’s an overall renewed sense of pride in the complex. What really stands out is how the leasing manager listens to residents’ concerns and actually follows through. It’s clear she care about creating a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained place to live. The vibe of front desk is "open door policy for questions" and "trust us, we got it" 👌 -I've lived at Tides for 7 months and while I've had your average move in problems, each one has been handled and settled the same day or definitely within a 1-3 day period (weekend). Genuinely the only time I've had to wait for Assistance is when they were literally in-between workers and even then Emily (Front Representative) called every 2 days to check in on the issue herself. -I have a huge hatred of bugs and the regular pest control makes keeping a clean home much easier and I don't have to waste money on bug spray. -The confident and friendly tone of the staff represents being attentive to residents and ensuring a clean home.
