The problem is adults are children today. Their minds are not suited for customer service they are simply to selfish and self serving. Normally the same people who raise the most hell over nothing in there personal affairs. Unfortunately these people make it into these jobs that are ill equiped mentally to handle very small issues. It's unfortunate. But in closing again go to Anna for resolution I think this will make your issue satisfying and at the very least have understanding of why something is not getting done. Peoples communication regardless of age is at an all time low. There is usually one person that you can count on regardless of the chain in the leadership of that team. Action speaks louder than words or smiles and nodding of heads. Go to Anna for closure and resolution I think again you will be at the very least properly engaged and Informed and results will follow.
