I've lived here for a few months now, and while there were some communication issues trying to secure the lease, Tides ultimately came through. Their staff is responsive, kind, and makes the complex feel like a true community. Emily is also very nice and makes an effort to engage with tenants personally, which isn't always found in conglomerate owned properties.

My family is very glad we decided to opt for this community last year. Gratis place with a sense of communiy. Shout out to Emily, Diana and Andre. Amazing staffing choice

I only have good things to say aborto Tides on West Dunlap! Since I joined the community, the ladies in the office have been nothing but kind. Emily helps keep me informed and is always ready to help. The property manager is so profesional and is Quick to take action. And thats not to mention their regional manager Crystal who is so kind and has also helped me along the way. I have never met a team that is so engaged with their residents! The mainteance guys are also great! The maintain the property and are always so efficient with any requests I may have. Im glad to valla Tides on West Dunlap my homr!
